Comcast Opens New Twin Cities Xfinity Store In Eagan

Interactive Customer Showroom Features Hands-On Xfinity Product Experience

ST. PAUL, MN—June 19, 2017—Comcast today announced the opening of its newest Twin Cities Xfinity Store in Eagan. Located in the growing Central Park Commons area, this interactive retail and product demonstration showroom is designed entirely around the customer experience, providing an opportunity to explore and interact directly with the latest Xfinity products and services.

The Eagan store is the latest store opening from Comcast, which has been transforming the retail centers across the country to make the customer experience better and more convenient. Customers can come to the Eagan Xfinity Store to get help, pay their bills, ask questions, return equipment, resolve issues and experience the latest products and technologies. The Eagan opening brings the total number of Xfinity Stores in the Twin Cities to eight.

The new Comcast Xfinity Store features fully interactive touchscreen displays that allow customers to learn all that Xfinity products have to offer. Customers can try out Xfinity TV through the company’s ground-breaking X1 platform; test drive the Twin Cities’ fastest broadband speeds with Xfinity Internet; navigate through the many specialized Xfinity apps for iOS and Android; experience Xfinity Home; learn about the many features of Xfinity Voice phone service, and more.

The new 5,000 square foot retail store is staffed by knowledgeable employees who can personally help customers with whatever they need. To make the experience easier and faster for customers, Comcast has eliminated the need to wait in line – instead, customers can sign in to the service queue and explore the Store while they wait to be helped. The goal is to get to customers in less than 10 minutes. In addition, the showroom also offers a self-service kiosk for quick bill pay.

The Eagan Xfinity store is located at 3325 Central Park Village Drive, Suite 100, Eagan, 55121. Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
